Privacy Policy
Effective August 5, 2026 · Version 2026-08-05
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Rainbow Swap website, Telegram Mini App, and related user interfaces (collectively, the “Interface”).
1. Information we process
- Wallet and blockchain information. Connected wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, token balances, and other data available on public blockchains.
- Telegram information. When you use the Telegram Mini App, Telegram supplies signed launch data that may include your Telegram user ID, username, display name, language, and referral or launch parameters.
- Compliance information. The current policy version, confirmation time, authentication method, and whether a Telegram identity and wallet were verified together. We do not ask you to upload identity documents for this confirmation.
- Technical and usage information. Approximate country, IP address processed by hosting and security providers, device and browser information, pages viewed, interactions, errors, and referral information.
- Support information. Information you choose to provide when contacting support.
2. How information is used
Information is used to:
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Interface;
- display wallet, transaction, rewards, and referral data;
- apply country-level access restrictions and maintain a record of the policy version you confirmed;
- detect abuse, fraud, and violations of the Terms; and
- respond to support requests and legal obligations.
3. Geo-restriction and confirmation
Netlify supplies country-level geolocation derived from a request’s IP address so the Interface can be unavailable in restricted regions. The Interface does not need precise GPS location for this control. A wallet proof authenticates control of a wallet address; it does not sign the text of the Terms or authorize a blockchain transaction. The browser may store a policy version and an opaque wallet session token so you are not repeatedly prompted on the same device.
4. Service providers and public networks
Information may be processed by providers that help host, secure, analyze, and operate the Interface, including Netlify, Google Analytics, Telegram, wallet providers, and infrastructure providers. Blockchain transactions and wallet addresses submitted to a public network are public and may be copied or analyzed by anyone. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users, the Interface, or others.
5. Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including operating rewards and referral features, maintaining security and compliance records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Browser storage remains on your device until it expires, is replaced, or you clear it. Public blockchain data cannot generally be changed or deleted by Rainbow Swap.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system or transmission is completely secure. Never send your seed phrase or private key to Rainbow Swap or support personnel.
7. Your choices
You can disconnect your wallet, clear browser storage, use browser controls for analytics, stop using the Telegram Mini App, or stop using the Interface. Some information is necessary to provide a requested feature or apply access controls. Privacy questions or requests may be sent privately to the Rainbow Swap support manager. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
8. International processing and children
Providers may process information in countries other than yours. The Interface is not directed to children, and you must not use it if you cannot legally agree to the Terms where you live.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated as the Interface, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be posted here. A material change to the compliance confirmation may require a new confirmation.
