Terms of Use

Effective August 5, 2026 · Version 2026-08-05

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to the Rainbow Swap website, Telegram Mini App, and related user interfaces (collectively, the “Interface”). By accessing or using the Interface, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.

1. The Interface

Rainbow Swap provides software that helps users view information and prepare transactions for third-party, decentralized blockchain protocols. Rainbow Swap does not take custody of your digital assets, control your wallet, execute transactions on your behalf, or control the underlying TON blockchain or third-party smart contracts. A transaction is submitted only after you approve it in your wallet.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Interface only if you are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms and your use is lawful where you are located. You are responsible for complying with laws and regulations applicable to you.

3. Restricted use and sanctions

Rainbow Swap does not target, offer, or support use of the Interface in Cuba, Iran, or North Korea, or by sanctioned persons or entities.

You must not access or use the Interface if you are:

  • located in, ordinarily resident in, incorporated in, or accessing from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, or another jurisdiction where providing the Interface would violate applicable sanctions or law;
  • listed on the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List, or another sanctions or restricted-person list applicable to the Interface;
  • owned or controlled by, acting on behalf of, or providing the Interface for the benefit of a sanctioned or restricted person or entity; or
  • using a VPN, proxy, false statement, or other means to evade a geographic or sanctions restriction.

We may use country-level geolocation and other reasonable controls to restrict the Interface. Restrictions may change when needed to address legal, security, or operational risk. These controls do not affect the independent operation of public blockchains or smart contracts.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the Interface to violate law, evade sanctions, launder funds, finance unlawful activity, defraud others, interfere with the Interface, introduce malicious code, or misrepresent your identity, location, or eligibility.

5. Wallet and transaction responsibility

You control your wallet, private keys, transaction settings, and approvals. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. You must review transaction details, token addresses, fees, slippage, and smart-contract risks before approval. Rainbow Swap cannot recover keys, reverse transactions, or guarantee a transaction outcome.

6. Third-party services

The Interface may display or interact with wallets, protocols, tokens, analytics providers, websites, and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms. Rainbow Swap does not control and is not responsible for third-party code, availability, security, content, or conduct.

7. Risk disclosure

Digital assets and decentralized protocols involve substantial risk, including price volatility, loss of funds, smart-contract defects, malicious tokens, network congestion, governance changes, regulatory changes, and service interruptions. Nothing in the Interface is legal, tax, investment, or financial advice.

8. Disclaimers

The Interface is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Interface will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rainbow Swap and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of digital assets, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by wallets, protocols, smart contracts, tokens, networks, or third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes and suspension

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Interface. If these Terms materially change, the updated version and effective date will be published here and you may be asked to confirm the new version.

11. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent privately to the Rainbow Swap support manager.
